This place was buzzing both during lunch and dinner. Was walking near here, smelled food…. And realised I was hungry. They managed to accommodate me, and thankfully they did as it turned out to be my favourite restaurant in Bari. Over a few days I visited three times and every time was as enjoyable as the last. Seafood spaghetti was my goto, although the starters and desserts were all delicious. Quick, attentive and friendly service on top… and you have somewhere that I will highly recommend to friends. Bari's culinary gem! The seafood pasta I savored was beyond words—truly unforgettable. The staff's helpful and friendly demeanor enhanced the dining experience. I find myself daydreaming about that exquisite dish. A hearty recommendation to anyone in Bari; this restaurant is a must-visit for those seeking exceptional flavors and warm hospitality.

Excellent local food at reasonable prices. We went there recommended by locals, and it was definitely worth it. The salads were very fresh and tasty (insalata di polpo and insalata di buffala), and the primo piato we took were both big and very tasty (spaghetti a la assesina and orecchiette a la crema). We took a tiramisu for dessert, also excellent. Super recommended, the staff is also very friendly which always adds to the experience. When we go back to Bari we will definitely come back to this place. Top!

Due to the good ratings on Google, we decided to visit this place. Right before opening we were at the restaurant and got a place for three people without reservation. Staff is not really communicative or even let’s say welcoming. The ordering process was also quite confusing: if you are 3 people, you are NOT allowed to select three different courses. I have never witnessed something like this. At least two people have to select the same meal, otherwise „it is too complicated to prepare due to limited resources in the kitchen“. Excuse? What the hell is that?!? Taste of the food was just average. I was not able to understand the good reviews since the food didn’t taste taste any special. No culinarily enlightening. Additional one negativ point: some other customers brought their dog into the restaurant. I am not used to that, but since I personally love dogs there is nothing bad about that. But earlier mentioned customers dog was not raised well and barked quite a lot which disturbed us. The owners of the restaurant did not do anything at all. I personally cannot say that a visit is worth here.

100% recommended. Initially we were turned down at the door but then they found us a spot. We tried their famous spaghetti all'assassina and it was a wonderful experience. You have yo wait over half an hour for the dish to arrive but it's worth. The staff are resourceful and kind. Great value and I had the best and cheapest glass of primitivo of my whole trip to Puglia.
